From the moment we arrived at Netsel we could not have asked for more. Excellent hospitality. Jonty performed great in light & strange winds & in a big swell on a long trip back from Gocek. Sailed Amos, Ekincik, Gocek Bay & back to Marmaris. Found great village restaurants in Gocek Bay, recommend the fresh baked bread in the morning. Will certainly back again, through Sail in Turkey, next year we will have to see 'in shalla'. We will strongly recommend to friends. Carl & Sebnam (UK/Turkey)
It was really fun when we got to take out the boat. We went to a really nice bay on the first day. On the other days we went to Dalyan to see the turtles. We also went to Cleopatras bay and we made a friend. This was probably the best boat trip I have ever been on. From Lara (10), Emre (6), Melissa (12), Merih (12). (UK/Turkey)

We decided to travel East for our 7 day charter. The yacht, Windwhistle was well equipped. Everything we needed was on board and the new bimini was perfect. We brought along a lot of our own gear for our 3 children. Our Route: Kumlbuku, Boynuz Buku, Karacaoren (2 nights - great for; snorkeling, water skiing, funny, charming restaurant, hiking on rocks, fishing), Gocek, Deep Bay, Ekincik, Marmaris. It was calm in the mornings, wind picked up everyday around 12. We sailed in afternoons, 20-28 knots, great fun. Ernst, Lori, Brent (12), Catherine (10), Winston (9). (Swiss/American)

A NOTE FROM JOHN (Wales): We went East to Cold Water Bay - Very good :), we went West to Datca - also good. Support from Sail in Turkey - Excellent. Best Bay: Cold Water Bay, Best Meal: Ekincik, Best Port: Datca, Best Showers: Port Gocek. People so friendly. A must is Crazy Bob @ (Hassan) Serci Limani.
A NOTE FROM CATHERINE (Wales): We all really enjoyed our two weeks in Turkey - the Turkish people are the most (genuinely) friendly people I've ever met. We enjoyed our time at each bay (especially Ekincik) and would not hesitate to return to Turkey in the future or use Sail in Turkey in the future. Thanks for the use of your yacht.
A NOTE FROM LIZ (England): This was my first visit to Turkey, I have been pleasantly suprised. My first choice for sailing was Greece, but I have so enjoyed the country and people that my views are that Turkey is the country to sail in. Stef and Mark great 'agents', nothing too much trouble.
A NOTE FROM RHYS (Wales): Superb holiday! Turkey threw up many pleasant suprises especially the scenery, the people and the great food. Stef & Mark @SailinTurkey offer such a great service that you really are able to forget your worries and just enjoy yoru holiday. A thoroughly enjoyable 2 weeks & would all definitely return.

June 2008 Many thanks for a fabulous week on a really wonderful boat, we love 'Near Enough', and can't wait to come back and do it all again soon! Well what else is there to say, it's all good. Steph (UK)
When the wind picked up and the sailing became tough; the waves were higher and the seas rough; we trusted our vessel and set the course; to come into port safely; Well 'Near Enough'. Stuart (UK)
Fantastic week sailing, great company, great food - plenty of memories. My Marina great spot. Dalyan River trip worth doing and the Mud Bath is a MUST!! Already looking forward to 2009! Dylan (UK)
A few words from the Skipper & Owner of 'Near Enough':

May 2008 Thank you for facilitating a great escape for us. We valued very much your professionalism and flexibility. And the courtsey upgrade was a topper.........
We always enjoy sailing along the Turquoise Coast very much and this time, combined with the performance of a great yacht 'Jonty', it was a great pleasure. We were able to test our skills sailing through a storm the first day and great sunny and windy days following. This break will definitely be marked as one of the unforgettable sailing in the Med.
Looking forward to seeing you again at another charter T Turhan (NL)
May '08 I would like to thank you for everything. The sailing was really good infact the whole vacation, thanks to you and Mark, was organized really efficiently and smoothly. I had more time in Gocek and took the opportunity to check out Bavaria 38 cruiser. That is definitely the boat that I want to charter next time. Next time looks like will be at the end of September so it will not be as hot. In any case I will definitely make sure there is a tent over cockpit. No complaints this time though. I really would like to thank you and Mark for wonderful organization of the trip and looking forward to see you next time.
Best regards, Pavel Deminsky (Ukraine)
May '08 After we have been sailing in Greece, Caribbean and Scandinavia, we found a new sailing paradise! Sailing in Turkey gave us a combination of beautiful nature, deep blue water and good wind. There is a variety of places to harbor: a lively city harbor at Fethiye and remote bays like Kapi Creek, with a nice small restaurant. Our boat (Hanze 34,2) was well equipped and the instructions by Mark and Stef were splendid. For sure, we will come back and then discover the west route!

March '08 Delia and I would like to thank you very much for organizing our last September's Sailing holiday. It was good to be able to go further afield into Greek waters and was probably the best sailing holiday we have had. We have chartered boats for many years from big and small companies and very few have managed to achieve your standards and personal touch. We will be booking with you this year and will let you have details soon. We would be quite happy to give references to any of your potential customers.
Thanks again

Sept '07 Last September, six of us enjoyed a fantastic holiday sailing on a 43' Sun Odyssey yacht hired through Sail in Turkey. As we had chosen a 2 week charter, we clocked up over 200 nautical miles sailing between the beautiful Turkish Coast and various Greek Islands. The combination of a well equipped boat, fair and reliable winds, wonderful hospitality at the many small bays we moored at overnight and a chance to explore 2 very different cultures ensured an amazing holiday which we plan to repeat this year. We were also most impressed with Sail in Turkey as a charter company. Small is definitely better, nothing was too much trouble for Mark and Stef and we felt we were very much in "safe hands". Well recommended.
